Mystic Fire is a trademark of Azotic Coating Technology, Inc. Mystic Fire topaz is treated with a coating known as Physical Vapor Deposition, which may not be permanent. Special care is required. Clean with warm water and dry with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid polishing and buffing and abrasive, ammonia-based, steam, and ultrasonic cleaners, as these may remove or damage the coating.
This item is electroplated with rhodium or finished with an e-coating. These finishes may wear off with frequent use. Ask a jewelry consultant for details.
Returns
Guest Return and Exchange Policy
Your online purchase may be returned to any of our stores or returned by mail to our distribution center.
Returns are allowed within 30 days from the purchase date and exchanges within 60 days of the purchase date for jewelry, and within 30 days from the purchase date for watches. Jewelry must be in good condition with all original certificates and accessories. Watches must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition to be accepted for return or exchange.
