During its lifetime, almost all jewelry will need some sort of service. Gordon's offers a variety of services and programs designed to protect your jewelry investment. These include our Lifetime Diamond Commitment, available on any purchase of covered diamond jewelry, and our in‐store services. These services may not be available at all stores and prices and service time may vary. Check your local Gordon's store for details.
Gordon's Lifetime Diamond Commitment
Since Gordon's is The Diamond Store, our commitment to our Guests is second to none. Gordon's wants to ensure that you'll enjoy the full beauty and brilliance of your diamond for a lifetime. With your diamond purchase of $200 or more, Gordon's presents its Lifetime Diamond Commitment.
Your Lifetime Diamond Commitment includes:
If your diamond is chipped, broken or lost from its original setting, Gordon's will replace the diamond at no charge to you.
You may have your Gordon's diamond cleaned and inspected as many times as you want, free of charge, for as long as you own it. To maintain your Lifetime Diamond Commitment limited warranty, you need only bring your diamond to Gordon's every six months for cleaning and inspection, along with your record‐keeping card.
For example, if you buy your diamond in January, bring it in every July and January. If you bought it in February, bring it in every August and February, etc. When you bring your diamond to Gordon's for your semiannual inspections, a Gordon's Jewelry Consultant will verify the inspections on your record‐keeping card.
Gordon's stores will gladly accept your Gordon's diamond bridal set, solitaire ring, solitaire earrings or solitaire pendant with a valid Gordon's sales receipt toward your next diamond jewelry purchase, provided the net purchase price of the new item is at least twice the price you paid for your original diamond purchase. We guarantee that the item you trade in will be valued for trade‐in by Gordon's at 100% of its original net purchase price.
Gordon's Lifetime Diamond Commitment limited warranty applies to all diamond rings, diamond earrings, diamond bracelets and diamond necklaces. This Lifetime Diamond Commitment does not cover clearance diamond jewelry, nor does it cover theft, mysterious disappearance, loss or damage other than that incurred in normal wear, and only diamonds in their original settings that have been inspected and repaired by Gordon's are covered by this limited warranty. Proof of purchase is required on items being returned or exchanged and on trade‐ins. Net purchase price refers to final price actually paid, excluding tax. This limited warranty does not cover colored gemstone jewelry or watches. Repair charges necessary to properly secure a diamond in its mounting can be covered under Gordon's' optional Lifetime Jewelry Protection Plan.

Return and Exchange Policy
Gordon's.com is dedicated to delighting you with your jewelry purchase and our services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item based on our Return and Exchange Policy. Returns and exchanges are permitted within 60 days from the purchase date for jewelry; and within 30 days from the purchase date for watches. See full Return Policy for details.
A regular cleaning and inspection is one of the best things you can do for your jewelry. Not only does it keep your jewelry looking great, it gives your jeweler a chance to look for problems like bent clasps and loose prongs before the jewelry breaks. All of our stores have the ability to clean your jewelry, and some may have jewelers on staff ready to give it a closer examination.
If you have a loose diamond you would like set, bring it in to your local Gordon's store. We'll help you choose a mounting that fits your stone and your tastes, and we'll professionally mount the diamond for you.
It's important that your ring fit comfortably. We encourage you to use our ring size chart before placing your order. Ring sizing policies in our stores can vary – ask your Jewelry Consultant for details. Gordon's will resize your rings quickly, professionally and affordably. Keep in mind, certain rings, especially those with channel‐set stones, may be more difficult to size, or may not be sizable at all. Please read each product description carefully for exceptions.
Special In-Store Events

Custom Design Services
Romantic Creation®, our in‐store custom design service, allows you to create a pendant, engagement ring, wedding or anniversary band that's as unique as the person wearing it. You'll work closely with one of our experienced Jewelry Consultants using our exclusive design software to create the look of their dreams. The Romantic Creation program features hundreds of men's and women's ring and pendant styles available in your choice of precious metals. You can showcase your own special diamond or gemstone or choose from our wide selection of the finest certified loose diamonds and colorful gemstones.
The customization options in the Romantic Creation® program are virtually unlimited. Your Jewelry Consultant will walk you through the entire process and you will receive a detailed rendering of your jewelry design at completion.
After you've approved your design, it will be sent to our jeweler to be cast, hand‐set with your diamonds and/or gemstones and beautifully hand‐finished. Your Romantic Creation® design is created by you, inspired by love.
In Store Ordering
GordonsJewelers.com carries an expanded assortment of jewelry, watches and other items that are not available in our retail store locations or are available exclusively online. Our Jewelry Consultants are happy to assist you if you have any questions or need help making an online purchase. Your in‐store online purchase can be shipped directly to your home or shipped for FREE to your local retail store location.
