How do I place a Ship-to-Store Order?


  1. Look for the Ship-to-Store logo on the product page of the item you wish to purchase.
  2. Place the item(s)in your cart.
  3. At the bottom of the page where you have entered your Bill-To information, select the "FREE Shipping with Ship-to-Store" option. (This option only appears if all items in the cart are eligible for Ship-to-Store.)
  4. A list of stores eligible for Ship-to-Store will appear, use the "SELECT" button next to the store you wish to ship the products to.
  5. Select the "Continue Checkout" button and complete, until you transaction is complete
  6. After checkout, wait to receive 3 emails from us:
    • Ship-to-Store order confirmation email: verifies we have received your order. Do not proceed to the store yet.
    • Ship-to-Store order shipping email: verifies your order is on its way to the store. Do not proceed to the store yet.
    • Ship-to-Store order is ready for pickup email: sent when your order is ready to be picked up at the store.

Can I expedite my shipment to the store?


Unfortunately, we are unable to expedite any order using the Ship-to-Store delivery option. See Shipping Methods & Costs for available options.

Can I track my shipment to the store?


Yes. Your items will be shipped via FedEx Express Saver. You will be provided with the tracking number in your Ship-to-Store shipping email. Do not proceed to the store at this time. We will send an additional email when your order is ready for pickup.

Can I ship items eligible for Ship-to-Store to my home?


Yes. We offer Ship-to-Store only as a service to our customers. You may choose to ship any of these items to your home or another location. However; the Ship-to-Store FREE shipping offer only applies to orders using the Ship-to-Store program. See Shipping Methods & Costs for available options.

When can I pick up my order at the store?


Please wait until you have received the "Ship-to-Store order is ready for pickup" email. This is your notification that your order is at the store and ready to be picked up.

If you chose our FREE delivery option, your order should arrive at the store in approximately three (3) business days. Special Order Items and those requiring ring sizing will require additional time. Please refer to the "Delivery Information" section of the product page or you order confirmation email for the time frame. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

The items will be kept securely at the store for 15 days after the "Ship-to-Store order is ready for pickup" email is sent. To prevent any returns, please pick up all items within this timeframe.

After 15 days, any unclaimed items will be returned and you will receive credit for the item within 30 business days. See Return Instructions within our "Returns and Warranties" section for more information.

What information do I need to pick up my order?


Bring a copy of your confirmation email; it contains all of the information needed to identify your order.

For your protection, you will be asked for the following:

  • Proper photo ID (a valid state-issued ID or drivers license)
  • You will also be required to sign for your item when you pick it up.

Can I have someone else pick up my order for me?


For your protection, the photo id must match the Bill-To name, based on the order confirmation email.

What do I do if I want to return my order?


GordonsJewelers.com is dedicated to delighting you with your jewelry purchase and our services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item based on our distinctive Guest Return and Exchange Policy. Returns and exchanges are permitted within 60 days from the purchase date for jewelry; and within 30 days from the purchase date for watches.

See "Return Instructions" for information on returning your item. Please note the exceptions outlined for returning items in-store. These exceptions apply for Ship-to-Store deliveries, as well.
