Guest Return and Exchange Policy


GordonsJewelers.com is dedicated to delighting you with your jewelry purchase and our services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item based on our distinctive Guest Return and Exchange Policy. Returns and exchanges are permitted within 60 days from the purchase date for jewelry; and within 30 days from the purchase date for watches.

For your protection, we recommend that you use FedEx, UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Ship the return package to the address indicated on the packing slip:

Lifetime Diamond Commitment
Gordon's Jewelers wants to ensure that you will enjoy the full beauty and brilliance of your diamond for your lifetime. With your diamond purchase, Gordon's Jewelers presents its Lifetime Diamond Commitment.

What the Warranty Covers

This limited warranty covers diamond rings, diamond earrings, diamond bracelets, diamond necklaces and diamond pendants valued at a retail purchase amount of two-hundred dollars ($200) or greater. Gordon's Jewelers warrants that your diamond merchandise during normal use will be covered if chipped, broken or lost from its original setting. If an item selection qualifies for the commitment, "Lifetime Diamond Commitment: Yes" will appear under the Details section of the product page.

What the Period of Coverage Is

This Gordon's Jewelers limited warranty provides coverage for as long as you, or the person receiving the jewelry as a gift, own the jewelry.

What We Will Do to Honor Our Commitment

If your diamond becomes chipped or broken or is lost from its original setting during normal use, return the jewelry to any Zales, Gordon's or Zales Outlet store. We will replace the diamond with one of similar value and quality at no charge to you. In the event that the diamond cannot be replaced because of the uniqueness of the stone, setting or the damage that has been incurred to the mount or prongs, the sole remedy may be for us to replace the entire item with similar merchandise at no charge to you.

What You Must Do to Maintain Warranty Coverage

To maintain your Diamond Commitment Limited Warranty, you need only bring your diamond merchandise to a Zales, Gordon's or Zales Outlet every six months for cleaning and inspection and any repairs that must be made to maintain the integrity of the item, along with your inspection record. When you bring your diamond merchandise to us for your semiannual inspections, a Jewelry Consultant will note each inspection on your inspection record. The cleaning and inspection will be provided without charge to you. You may also bring in your Gordon's Diamond merchandise at other times for cleaning and inspection without charge.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This limited warranty does not cover theft, mysterious disappearance, loss or damage other than that incurred in normal wear, and only diamonds in their original settings, inspected and repaired by Gordon's are covered by this warranty.

Charges for repairs identified during an inspection as being necessary to maintain the integrity of the diamond ring, diamond earrings, diamond bracelet, diamond necklace or diamond pendant shall be the guest's responsibility and they are not covered by this limited warranty. Failure to make the identified repairs may void this limited warranty.

This gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Lifetime Jewelry Protection Plans

Your local Gordon's Jewelers retail store can sell a Lifetime Jewelry Protection Plan for qualified items purchased on GordonsJewelers.com, if you present your receipt and item purchased.

The Lifetime Jewelry Protection Plan will provide the following repairs or replacement necessary to maintain your jewelry under normal conditions. The Plan covers the following repairs necessary as a result of damage due to normal wear and tear or due to a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship.

  • Retip and rebuild prongs
  • Replacement of damaged earring backs and posts
  • Ring sizing (up or down two sizes)
  • Replacement of spring rings
  • Refinishing
  • Polishing
  • Rhodium plating
  • Gemstone tightening
  • Chain and bracelet soldering
  • Cultured pearl restringing

Repairs may be made with non-original manufacturer parts. Select merchandise design or materials may not allow for repair; however that merchandise may be eligible for a one-time replacement. Please see your local Gordon's Jewelers store for the complete terms and conditions.

Fine Watch Protection Plan

Your local Gordon's Jewelers retail store can sell a Two Year Fine Watch Protection Plan for qualified items purchased on GordonsJewelers.com, if you present your receipt and item purchased.

The Two Year Fine Watch Protection Plan will provide the following repairs or replacement necessary to maintain your fine watch under normal conditions. The Plan covers parts used and labor performed in making the repairs necessary as a result of damage due to normal wear and tear or a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, except as otherwise provided in the Terms and Conditions which can be acquired at your local Gordon's Jewelers store, including:

  • Replacement of damaged crystal, crown, stem, band or bracelet that impede the functionality of the watch (components)
  • Repair of mechanical or electrical failure of the Watch movement

Clearance Merchandise

Gordon's Jewelers strives to provide the highest quality merchandise in all situations; however, items sold within the Clearance section are sold "as-is" with no warranties, expressed or implied. If an item is certified by an independent laboratory, the certification card will be included, only if available. GordonsJewelers.com cannot guarantee this availability.

Watches within GordonsJewelers.com Clearance may or may not include the original manufacturer's box and original instructions/documentation.
