GordonsJewelers.com allows you to complete the checkout process in one of three ways:

2. Registered My Gordon's Customer


1. New Customer
New Customer: Welcome to GordonsJewelers.com and thank you for shopping with us! Our checkout process is easy and simple to follow, however, if you have any questions during the checkout process, please call our customer service center at 1-888-GORDON1 (1-888-467-3661) for assistance.
  • Promotion/Discount Code: Enter the code exactly as it appears. Codes are case sensitive. Click "Apply". Click "Proceed to Secure Checkout".
  • Sign In. Simply proceed by clicking "Continue Checkout."
  • Billing Address. Please enter your name and billing address as they appear on your monthly credit card billing statement. If you are paying with a Gift Card this address will allow us to contact you if any issue arises with your order.
    Privacy Policy: We protect and enforce the confidentiality of your information, and under no circumstances do we sell or rent this information to other businesses. We respect your privacy and seek to protect the trust you place in Gordon's Jewelers.
  • Shipping Method. Select the shipping method based on your shipping address and the items you selected. Click "Continue Checkout".
    Signature Required: For your protection, Gordon's Jewelers requires an adult signature for the receipt of your package. Please consider this policy when selecting a shipping address.
  • Payment Options. Select from one of our various payment methods and click "Continue Checkout".
  • Review Your Order. Review your entire order, including your shipping address, the selected shipping method, and your billing information. All information can be easily changed, if needed, by clicking the associated "Edit" buttons.
  • Complete Your Order. To complete your purchase, click "Send My Order". Your order is submitted once the receipt page is displayed.
  • Receipt. After you complete the checkout process, the Receipt page provides you with your order number, date and total. Print this receipt and save the order information for your records. You will need this information for all references to your order.

2. Registered My Gordon's Customer
Registered My Gordon's Customer: If you have purchased with GordonsJewelers.com before and are registered, Welcome Back! You are now just a few steps away from completing your order.
  • Promotion/Discount Code: Enter the code exactly as it appears. Codes are case sensitive. Click "Apply". Click "Proceed to Secure Checkout".
  • Sign In. Sign in using your e-mail address and password. Forgot your password?
  • Review Your Order. Review your entire order, including your shipping address, the selected shipping method, and your billing information. All information can be easily changed, if needed, by clicking the associated "Edit" buttons.
  • Complete Your Order. To complete your purchase, click "Send My Order". Your order is submitted once the receipt page is displayed.
