Guest Returns and Exchange Policy
GordonsJewelers.com is dedicated to delighting you with your jewelry purchase and our services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item based on our distinctive Guest Return and Exchange Policy. Returns and exchanges are permitted within 100 days from the purchase date for jewelry; and within 30 days from the purchase date for watches.

• Once an item has been returned and you have received credit for the purchase, a helpful Customer Service Representative will contact you to assist in the replacement of your order. Any time prior to this process, you may call our customer service center at 1-888-GORDON1 (3661) to replace your order prior to this process.
  
  

Please note: It is our policy to return the item, credit your account, and replace the order. Gordon's Jewelers cannot leave the charge for the item on your credit card and send you a new item. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
