  • I live outside of the United States. Can I still order from GordonsJewelers.com?
    At this time, GordonsJewelers.com accepts orders for the United States, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO. For your protection, we will not ship merchandise if we are unable to verify your billing address.

    Orders shipping to U.S. Territories are shipped via FedEx International Priority? and may require additional business days for delivery. Likewise, orders to APO/FPO ship via USPS and may also require additional days for delivery.

  • What could delay my order?
    GordonsJewelers.com is committed to protecting our customer's personal and financial information from being used in a fraudulent manner. We take many precautions in verifying the security and privacy of all orders. For this reason, most items take a minimum of 1 to 2 full business days before being approved for shipment. Orders requiring non-standard ring sizing take up to 2 additional days to complete.

    Once your item has left our distribution center, the shipping method you select during checkout will determine when your order will arrive.

  • When will I be billed for my order?
    GordonsJewelers.com will not bill you until your order has left our distribution center and is on its way to you.

    Debit and Bank Check Cards may reflect deduction of funds immediately upon order. When using a debit or bank check card an "Authorization Hold" or a "Direct Debit", depending on bank policy, will be placed on your account for the total amount of your purchase. This verifies the necessary funds are available for the purchase of the item.

    Once your order has shipped, a "Charge" or "Debit Settlement" will appear on your account.

  • What is a Card Identification Number (CIN) and where can I find it?

  • What if I need my ring to be sized?
    Non-standard ring sizes require sizing. Standard size is 7 for ladies and 10 for men. Sizing adds up to 2 additional business days for processing. Not all rings can be sized. Check each product page for the size range available.

  • If I don't know the correct ring size I need, what can I do?
    Consult our ring sizing chart for tips on determining your size. If no size is selected, rings are shipped in their standard size. Standard ring size is 7 for ladies and 10 for men.
